By purchasing a vehicle from R J Howard Bespoke Camper Conversions Ltd, you confirm your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

Buyer Confirmation: You confirm that you are the buyer of the vehicle at the stated price and are over 18 years of age.

Ownership & Payment: Ownership remains with R J Howard Bespoke Camper Conversions Ltd until full payment is received and cleared. All sales are subject to acceptance; if declined, you will be notified within 7 working days, and any payment will be refunded in full.   

Payments: You are able to pay via :

• Bank transfer (preferred)
• Cash
• Crypto
• Part Exchange
  
• We do not accept card payments as this protects both yourself and us

Vehicle Condition & Inspection: You acknowledge that you have inspected the vehicle and are satisfied with its condition. Any known faults have been disclosed prior to sale.

Part Exchange Vehicles: If part-exchanging, the agreed valuation is based on your description. If the actual condition differs, R J Howard Bespoke Camper Conversions Ltd may adjust the valuation.

Warranty & Liability: Unless stated otherwise, the vehicle is sold 'as seen' without warranty, except as required by law. R J Howard Bespoke Camper Conversions Ltd is not liable for post-sale issues unless covered by statutory rights.

Delivery & Collection: If delivery is arranged, R J Howard Bespoke Camper Conversions Ltd is not responsible for damage or defects during third-party transport. Vehicles must be collected within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.

Late Payment & Fees: Outstanding balances must be settled within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest charges at 5% per annum.

Returns & Statutory Rights: If statutory repairs or rejection rights apply, you are responsible for returning the vehicle. If a returned vehicle exceeds 250 miles since purchase, an excess mileage charge of £0.25 GBP per mile applies. Mileage is determined by the sale invoice. If distance sales regulations apply, they expire after 14 days. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
